Business Development Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, client relationship management, and strategic business growth. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients in target markets.
  • Utilize various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking) to generate quality leads.
  • Qualify leads and assess their potential to convert into sales opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Business Development Strategy:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and present proposals and sales pitches to potential clients.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales strategies.

Contract Negotiation & Closing:

  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Draft and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
